Privacy Policy
Lattice is a free, educational website. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no forms and no backend. We do not ask for, and cannot see, your name, email or anything you type into the playgrounds.
What stays on your device
Everything you do on the page (dragging arrows, throwing balls, running the attack, typing the Kyber demo message) is computed in your own browser. None of it is sent anywhere. The page remembers your Voice and Sound effects switches using your browser's local storage, only on your device. You can clear it any time in your browser settings.
Outside services the page uses
- Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, it receives your IP address and basic request details (browser, page requested) when you load a page, and keeps ordinary server logs. See Vercel's privacy policy.
- jsDelivr (a public CDN) delivers the Three.js library that draws the 3D background. It sees your IP address when your browser fetches that file. See jsDelivr's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics counts visits (how many people come, from which country, which pages). A small prompt asks first. If you tap Accept, Google Analytics sets a cookie on your device to recognise repeat visits. If you tap No thanks (or ignore it), no cookie is set and Google receives only anonymous, cookieless pings. Your choice is remembered on your device only, and you can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser. See Google's privacy policy.
- Google Search Console is used by the site owner to see how the site appears in Google Search. It does not run on your visit.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no ad tracking, no selling or sharing of data.
- No accounts, and no cookies set by this site itself. The only cookie is Google Analytics, and only if you accept it.
- The Kyber demo is a toy built for teaching. Do not use it to protect real secrets.
Children
The site is made to be understood by teenagers and collects no personal information from anyone.
Your rights and contact
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access or delete on our side. For data held by Vercel, jsDelivr or Google, contact those services. For questions about this policy, open an issue at github.com/Knsravan/lattice/issues.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
